therefore offer health benefits. Whilst most flavoured oils on the market are made by adding an essence to olive oil, these oils are obtained by the agrumatura process, which consists of pressing the herbs or fruit together with the olives at harvest time. This process is natural and ensures optimum results in terms of quality, taste and healthiness.
You can choose from six flavours; lemon, bergamot, rosemary, chilli, basil and a combination of garlic, black pepper and balsamic vinegar. They are ideal for cooking, marinating and sprinkling on ready dishes".
