A spicy hot pasta dish

Italian Kamut-Spelt-organic-pasta- selection - Agrumia

Serving: 4 persons

Ingredients:
- 1 can of peeled tomatoes
- A clove of fresh chopped garlic
- 3-4 leaves of basil
- 1 fresh sliced chili pepper
- Fresh chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt to taste
- 1 package of penne pasta

Preparation:
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce On the frying pan pour 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, pour the clove of garlic finely chopped. Fry until golden (be careful not to burn) add the tomatoes, hot peppers, basil, and parsley, keep on the fire for 10 minutes.
Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, and then drain immediately in a colander, pour pasta into sauce (professional style) and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with freshly grated good quality parmesan cheese.
