Felicetti Spiralotti Il Cappelli Monograno Line 500g

Felicetti Spiralotti Il Cappelli Monograno is made with attention to varietal and terroir, this combination is the secret to describe this exceptional pasta.
  • Varietal: Made with a rare strain of durum wheat discovered at the turn of the last century by one of Italy's greatest scientists: “Senatore Raffaele Cappelli”
  • Terroir: This particular grain comes from organic farms in Puglia for optimum flavour, recreating the wholesome taste of bygone years. Freshly ground each morning for that day’s production is then combined with the pure Dolomite mountain spring water for an outstanding unbeatable and flavourful pasta.
  • Aroma of a sunny summer day in a hay meadow.
  • Cooked, it exudes the fragrances of farm fresh milk and creamy mashed potatoes with a hint of roasted chestnuts.
Taste profile: Sweet buttery breadcrumbs with a final lovely note of sea salt. Toothsome and lively.

Ingredients: Organic Il Cappelli durum wheat semolina, water.

Soft, silky but firm too - each one a little cushion of wonder! I wondered what all the fuss was about. Now I know. Pasta is not just pasta.

Bauer ( Various Stocks)

My wife, Yvi and I, absolutely adore Agrumia’s products. The stocks for fish and meats are absolutely scrumptious, my wife being an amateur chef, knows about these things. Going forward, we will always be doing business with Agrumia. First class products.
We buy cases of olive oil, Pata, L’Allegro, totally, the best, in our opinion.

Arrived promptly. Thank you

Fab cider, great service

Loving cider - and good quality cider at that - I was delighted to find this gem at Carluccio’s recently. Searching for a local stockist proved a challenge, but then I was referred to Agrumia. They despatched my order within 24 hours, and it arrived within a day. We are now enjoying this high-quality, Prosecco-inspired cider as a treat. I can recommend Agrumia to anyone.
