Our dipped Baba are traditional Neapolitan dessert soaked in limoncello IGP from the Amalfi Coast.When the famous Baba, from Poland, arrived in Naples in 1700, it soon became the Prince of Neapolitan patisserie. Its fragrance has tickled the fantasy of many pastry chefs, whose most recent creation is a small Babas dipped in Limoncello. We at Agrumia have selected the best baba, with Limoncello I.G.P. produced exclusively with Lemons of the "Costa di Amalfi" Amalfi Coast.
Type 0 flour, eggs, vegetable margarine, sugar, yeast, salt, preservative E282, natural aroma.
Ingredients Syrup: hydroalcoholic infusion of lemon peel from the "Costa di Amalfi" I.G.P. (lemons used 240g per litre finished product), sugar.
