Delivery & Refunds

Deliveries shall be made to the address designated upon registration on our website. You will be able to edit the delivery address at checkout, if you should require delivery at a different location (for example, at your work address). We maintain the right to exclude some areas from our delivery offering.

Agrumia will always strive to fulfil all orders in full, for the complete order that has been submitted. If you should find that the order is in any way lacking in quantities in respect to what was ordered, or if wrong good were delivered, then you are to notify us as soon as possible. You will not be charged for incorrect goods received or for goods which you have not received. If you are not pleased with the quantities that have been received as part of your order then we can arrange for the goods to be returned (however, in this case, the goods must still be in good condition and not have been used). We will be liable for only the price of the goods incorrectly delivered or lacking, plus the cost of delivery, and not liable in any other way.

Agrumia offers free delivery for orders over £60. For order of £60 or less, there will be delivery charges applicable as follows:

UK Deliveries:

Standard: 2 to 4 days delivery time

  • weight up to 2kg a delivery charge of £3.99 applies  
  • weight from 2.01kg up to 3kg a delivery charge of £4.99 applies
  • weight from 3.01kg up to 4kg a delivery charge of £5.99 applies
  • weight from 4.01kg up to 30kg a delivery charge of £7.55
  • applies.

Expedited: next day delivery time

  • weight up to 2kg a delivery charge of £5.99 applies  
  • weight from 2.01kg up to 5kg a delivery charge of £7.99 applies
  • weight from 5.01kg up to 30kg a delivery charge of £8.95 applies.

All prices stated above are inclusive of VAT

European Deliveries:
European deliveries take 3 to 5 days from the date of order when being sent to cities and major towns. For all other areas of the country chosen, please allow up to 8 working days for delivery.
Deliveries will be made between Monday and Friday and in the hours between 0900 and 1700.
Two attempts will be made to deliver before the goods are returned to us.
Tracking numbers will be provided for your order and, please feel free to contact us by telephone and a member of our customer service staff will be happy to assist you.
We are unable to accept courier instructions for overseas shipments, such as leave in porch, so please ensure the recipient will be at home or work to accept delivery.
The recipient's telephone number must be included on all orders. 
Should you require further information regarding our delivery options or a current order due for delivery, please contact us during our normal UK office working hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Alternatively, email us with any query or concern with regards to deliveries and we will respond within two working hours.
Please be aware that, you are responsible to ensure alcohol deliveries are permissible in your country. We cannot be held responsible should customs clearance refuse entry of your delivery. You may be liable to pay local state taxes and duties upon arrival in your country. Any additional charges are the buyer's responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Agrumia will do its utmost to make deliveries in a timely fashion, according to the delivery slots specified. Conversely, it will be your responsibility to make sure that there is someone appropriate at the delivery address to sign for the delivery of the goods. If there is no one at the address specified at the time of attempted delivery, then the goods will not be delivered but rather retained by us. The delivery person will leave notice of the attempted delivery and we will telephone to rearrange for the delivery to be rearranged. Adverse weather conditions and other external events out of our control could result in late or cancelled delivery. If this situation should arise then we will do our utmost to reschedule with you an acceptable delivery time and date. Agrumia will be liable only limited to the price of the goods being delivered and the cost of delivery.                                  


Agrumia takes great pride and guarantees the quality of our goods. Upon receipt of your order, should you inspect the goods and not find them to our satisfaction, you should notify us promptly. We will speedily refund in full the cost of the goods that do not meet your reasonable satisfaction and we will arrange for those goods to be returned to us.
