Agrumia Pandoro Classic 750g

No secret ingredients at Baghis, no new technology either, just quality ingredients and a lot of passion for things done well. All our products are made with fresh natural yeast (sourdough), stone-milled flour from Italian wheat, free range fresh eggs (no GMO) and high-quality raw materials. We don’t use any preservatives or additives. Rising lasts from 50 to 60 hours. All of our products are handmade.

Pandoro (pan d'oro) is a traditional Italian sweet leavened cake, most popular around Christmas and New Year. Typically a Veronese product, pandoro is traditionally shaped like a frustum with an 8 pointed star section.

Our Pandoro is made with stone ground flour, natural yeast "sourdough", butter, free range fresh eggs, Italian honey.
The leavening process takes from 50 to 60 hours.
