Baghis Panettone Cake in Weck 200g

No secret ingredients at Baghis, no new technology either, just quality ingredients and a lot of passion for things done well. All our products are made with fresh natural yeast (sourdough), stone-milled flour from Italian wheat, free range fresh eggs (no GMO) and high-quality raw materials. We don’t use any preservatives or additives. Rising lasts from 50 to 60 hours. All of our products are handmade.

Panettone is the star of Christmas. Made with Stone Ground flour, natural yeast "sourdough", free range fresh eggs, with candied oranges and raisins.
The leavening process takes from 50 to 60 hours.
