Baghis R75 Grappa and Chocolate Cake in Weck 200g

No secret ingredients at Baghis, no new technology either, just quality ingredients and a lot of passion for things done well. All our products are made with fresh natural yeast (sourdough), stone-milled flour from Italian wheat, free range fresh eggs (no GMO) and high-quality raw materials. We don’t use any preservatives or additives. Rising lasts from 50 to 60 hours. All of our products are handmade.

Our "all season" cake R75 with 25 years old aged Grappa is made with stone ground Italian wheat flour, natural yeast "sourdough", Belgian butter, free range fresh egg yolks, sugar, Australian raisin, salt, Grappa R75 La Valdotaine 25 years old, and Belgian dark chocolate.
The leavening process takes from 50 to 60 hours.
