Baghis Whole Wheat Panettone

No secret ingredients at Baghis, no new technology either, just quality ingredients and a lot of passion for things done well. All our products are made with fresh natural yeast (sourdough), stone-milled flour from Italian wheat, free range fresh eggs (no GMO) and high-quality raw materials. We don’t use any preservatives or additives. Rising lasts from 50 to 60 hours. All of our products are handmade.

Our 100% Whole Wheat Panettone is made with stone ground Italian whole wheat flour, natural yeast "sourdough", Belgian butter, free range fresh egg yolks, sugar, candied orange, Australian raisin, salt.
The leavening takes process from 50 to 60 hours.
May contain traces of nuts. Store in a dry and cool place.
