Vinification: Pressing and destemming of the grapes with fermentation at controlled
temperature between 22° and 28°C. Maceration for a period of 6 days.
Notes: The name of this wine refers to Lake Garda's municipality. It is produced
with traditional grapes of Verona "Rondinella and Corvina" grown on the Lake Garda East area.
Colour: Intense ruby red colour.
Bouquet: Fine, delicate, lively and pleasant.
Taste: Well structured and characterised by a bitter and dry taste.
Pairings: Excellent with light dishes such as starters and first meat courses. The wine is also perfect with poached meat and white meat.
Serving temperature: It has to be served at 16°C
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol
