To obtain an appetising organic vegetable stock, dissolve one cube in ½ litre of water - or 20 g of product (1 tablespoon) in one litre of water - and bring to boil for a couple of minutes. The organic cube can also be added to dishes (vegetable soups, minestrone, sauces, Bolognese sauce, meat, fish, risotto, eggs, etc.) while cooking.
