Grapes withering on the vine. Destalker-crusher in hyper-reductionand cryomaceration of the grapes at a temperature of 8 °C for 36 hours. After the static decantation on the pressed grapes, follows the fermentation at 13 °C for about 20 days. Ageing in stainless steel.
Alcohol level: 13% Vol
