Traditional taralli with olive oil a typical dish from Apulia, the flavour of these taralli biscuits is unique. Fragrant, crisp and tasty, the Taralli of Puglia are distinguished from others by double cooking, which makes them incomparably crunchy. First boiled and then drained, they are then baked, which gives them their typical golden colour.
The Taralli biscuits are a perfect snack, accompanied by cold meats and cheeses, or fresh vegetables. They are also delicious alone, as an aperitif.
