Production Technique: Traditional vinification with fast maceration to obtain the typical colour, followed by fermentation.
Characteristics: Bright rosé.
Bouquet: Pleasant Floreal and fruity bouquet with notes of red currants.
Taste: Smooth and well balanced with aromas of wild berries.
Pairings: Accompanies well the whole meal. Excellent with seafood and fish, cheeses, and grilled vegetables.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
