Balsamic Cream is a seasoning only made with Balsamic Vinegar from Modena. It is obtained by a cold preparation as to avoid a sugar carbonisation. The ingredients are carefully chosen to exalt the traditional taste of the Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, without changing its properties.
Its thick and “tight” composition is the perfect solution to garnish any dish, any kind of meat, strawberries and vanilla ice cream. If mixed it with oil, salt and pepper, it is turned into a traditional vinaigrette sauce.
