Red ruby colour with violet reflections; the fragrance give signs of mature fruits and of sweet spices. it has a dry taste with a final light note of bitter almonds.

Characteristics: Colour: Intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. Bouquet: Hints of red fruits as currant, black mulberry, blackberry and black cherry. There are also typical Mediterranean balsamic notes. Taste: Dry and persistent in the taste.
Pairings: Thanks to the structure of its tannins, not too much invasive, it has a good versatility as it pairs very well with mature cold cut and medium-aged cheeses, first white or red meat courses roasted or sauced. The perfect pairings are "noodles with rosemary with white lamb ragout, parmesan cream with aniseed and potatoes chips with pink pepper.
