From the sunny land of Salento here we have a great representation of the “mother of all tomato sauces”.
Made with 99.6% of tomatoes from the Salento area - Apulia, sea salt, and basil, that’s it!!!!!
How to use: Just add a spoon of extra virgin olive oil, a clove of garlic or some chopped onions in a pan and, let it cook slowly for about 15-20 minutes. Great tossed with pasta al dente, or great as an accompaniment to stew vegetable, fish or meat.
