Truffle balsamic vinegar. A condiment made of truffle flavoured glaze with balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI.

Colour: Brown in the colour, full-bodied density.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI (wine vinegar, concentrated and cooked grape must, Coloring: E150d. Antioxidant: E220. Total acidity: 6%),
  • sugar,
  • summer truffle juice water, salt,
  • natural summer truffle extract (Tuber aestivum Vitt.)
  • Aroma. Contains Sulfites


USEFUL INFORMATION: Ready to use preferably cold. As a condiment for fillet of beef “carpaccio”, mayonnaise, first (pasta) courses, risotto, vegetables, fish and meats.

TASTE: Brown in the colour, full-bodied density.

PRESERVATION:

  • 30 Months room temperature.
  • Store at room temperature far from direct light and heat sources.
