A beautiful amber colour with a prominent nose of apricot jam. The palate is rich and ripe with sweet velvety texture and flavours of dried fruits, apricots, figs, raisins. The finish has a lick of citrus to keep it fresh.

This wine is produced from Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes dried on mats in appropriate facilities. It has a golden-yellow colour tending to amber, intense, persistent and fruity aromas and a round, velvety and sweet flavour with light scents of dried fruit.
The classic pairing for Vin Santo is "cantucci", the dry, hard almond cookies of Tuscany. Great on its own.
